Whether you're looking to enhance your fitness experience, relieve stress, or learn self-defense, our sessions will challenge and inspire you. Great for all skill levels, our classes combine strength, cardio, and technique for a full-body workout.

  • We discourage fighting but emphasize the need for self-defense, teaching practical skills for all.

  • Our program combines techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai, and Karate, with over 40 years of teaching and competition experience. Our coaches have developed a comprehensive curriculum to share this knowledge.
